“One year ago I had termites and was under contract with Terminix. Terminix was coming out yearly to do a termite inspection since 2002. When I got termites they came out and said yes you have termites. But, we can’t and want treat the problem as you have a crawl space and some of it is dugout close to the foundation. We require at least 10” in width from foundation before the drop of the dugout. The dugout has been like that since the early 1950 because that is where the heating system was. Wait so you are telling me this 22 years later. Why wasn’t this said during any of your inspection. So I called Clegg’s. They came out the very next day and treated the property. Now one year later zero termites. They killed them and have stayed gone with one treatment. Outstanding job. Call Clegg’s”
