“A rep came on 10/3. He sprayed and poured treatment down the drains. I was told to give it 10 days and to call back if I still had an issue. While the treatment did reduce the overall numbers, it did not eradicate the problem entirely. Clegg's then showed up unannounced in the late afternoon/early evening, wanting to do a treatment that required evacuating the premises for an hour and taking any pets with us. While I appreciate someone from Clegg's taking the time to drive over, more advance notice is essential, especially if clients own animals who do not like being transported.”

Clegg's, following a considerable delay in responding, said they would not make a second trip unless I threw out all of my houseplants. I also apparently can't run the heat in my home or it will make matters worse, according to them. While this company had better results than the previous exterminator I dealt with, suggesting that a client toss all their plants (some of which I've had for years, without any bug-related issues) is ridiculous. A rep did eventually leave a voicemail (as opposed to contacting the property manager, which is usually how this works). They then showed up unannounced in the late afternoon/early evening, wanting to do a treatment that required evacuating the premises for an hour and taking any pets with us. While I appreciate someone from Clegg's taking the time to drive over, more advance notice is essential, especially if clients own animals who do not like being transported.”
