“DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! I can not stress this enough. They took on a job to remediate a mice infestation in our basement and they are not qualified as true HAZMAT/ remediation company. They removed contaminated insulation but left mouse dropping all over surfaces. When called to ask them to complete the remediation job (as quoted in their contract) - they said because we weren't the ones to be contracted with them (this was part of a house purchase and the prior owners were responsible for the cost of the remediation) - they said they weren't legally obligated to do anything for us. This is after one of their employees came to our house and apologized profusely for the poor job of an employee who no longer works for them and said they would try to be back by the end of the week to complete the remediation. No one showed up, and no one bothered to call us to tell us that the owner decided not to complete the job/ said he was legally not required to do anything for us as the new home owners. Long story short - they don't stand by their work - they promise results they aren't licensed or capable of doing - and provide horrendous customer service. Please go elsewhere - I can't warn you enough. We have put in a complaint to both the better business bureau and the licensing board to help mitigate this from happening to other people in the future.”
