“Amazing Pest Control Staff I continued Clarke Pest Control Services since purchasing my home in 2019. My last Pest Control service was on September 4, 2024. I am on the quarterly pest control plan. My best tip is to get a permanent person assigned for all services. My current Technician is Jamal and he provides marvelous service. Jamal is prompt, he understands my personal requests about how I want services performed at my house, professional, excellent personality and overall get the job done. I have noticed changes in billing practices since the company was sold about 2 years ago. However with being persistent and putting things in writing I am able to resolved my concerns. Again the staff is great but the Management Policies specifically billing and scheduling need improvement. I decided to provide the highest ratings because the staff that provides Customer Services, and my current Pest Control Technician Jamal and previous Technician Braden are worthy to be praised!! It is my prayer that God will continue to bless Clarke's Customers, Staff, Business Associates, and the Corporation regarding all endeavors.”

“I would NOT use this company for a termite letter or warranty. I started using Clark's Termite Pest Control in 2008 when I purchased my home in Lexington, SC. I paid the same renewal fee for 14 years. They were great to work with UNTIL it seems they were purchased by an out-of-state company a few years back. Since then, my renewal has increased by $100 in the first year and now another $20 in the second year. At this rate, it will double next year. They show up unannounced, even though I complained the year before about this and asked to be notified so I could be at home. Instead, I get a notification from my backyard security camera and see a stranger in a blue jumpsuit walking around my backyard shed (not around the house). Luckily, before calling law enforcement, I checked the front door camera and saw part of the truck with its logo on the side. I questioned them about what services were rendered during their visit since my garage, house and underpinning were all locked. They could not answer my question. It was obvious to me that little to no inspection was done. I've called and discussed these issues for two years in a row, and it is apparent that those who answer your call are not very well trained and inept to answer your questions. All they could do is threaten me if I did not pay for the warranty that is for the year to follow. I am currently looking for a new pest control company.”

“What part of "leave me alone" does Clark's not understand? After trying to patiently work with them through multiple customer service issues on their part that spanned many months (scheduling appointments for me that I did not request, erroneous billing, sending people to my house with no notice, and so on), my grace ran out and I finally cancelled all services with them. At least, I tried. They then sent me another "appointment reminder" last December, and I told them again, in writing, that I did not consent to any services, I would not pay for any future services they attempted to perform without my consent, after all of the efforts I had previously made I would not communicate with them any further (because it was truly a waste of my time, it never did any good), and to remove me from their customer database. Keep in mind that I have never had any type of contract with them. Clark's (Crystal) acknowledged receipt of my email in December. Today I received an "appointment reminder" telling me that they're sending someone to my house this week. It is absolutely unbelievable. I have never left a negative public review before, but there's no other option. I have tried so hard to be polite yet direct in every interaction, but there is simply no reasoning with this company. If you're from Clark's and read this, do not ask me to email you to resolve things. What you need to do for me is spelled out again, right here. Literally all I want is for Clark's to stop harassing me. That's it. Simply leave me alone. Do not email me, do not call me, do not send me bills for services I didn't agree to, and for crying out loud, do not show up at my house. Do I have to go to the police to make it stop?”
