“I'm giving four stars for now. We had a bit of a bug problem happen over the winter and we were going to try and take care of it ourselves but couldn't figure out what to do with our animals. I finally found this company. I liked they were veteran owned, as my husband is also a veteran. I explained the problem we had and the lady on the phone was extremely nice and said the guy who would be coming out would fix us right up. He came out and sprayed inside and outside. I assumed (which I know better) he had talked to the lady on the phone about out problem. A month passed and our problem didn't seem to get any better. I would see dead water bugs, but the other bug problem, no dead guys. So I called and asked to have someone come out and see what the problem was. The guy they ended up sending out explained it was probably a communication error and said he would fix us right up. I explained the issue and he was super helpful. Explained what happened with our last appointment and said they would do a follow up visit in another month. He gave us some sticky traps and told us what we should do to help prevent it from getting worse. I will up to five stars after the next few visits if our problem gets resolved. I was super pleased with our second visit and the older gentleman that helped us. He never blamed anyone for what happened. He just accepted that they probably had an error with communication and I appreciated that. So far I do like the people working for the company. But I would like the bug problem to get resolved soon! If it does! I'll be updating the review.”
