The best testament we can give is that we have young kids who like to sneak food into their rooms and forget about them. While cleaning we always find wrappers or food on the floor. “We had an absolutely wonderful experience with both Jennifer and Jon. When you call Big Jon’s Pest Control Jennifer is professional, very accommodating and friendly. I asked to call her back before making an appointment, because I was not sure what our military would cover and she did not mind at all. She gave me that space to figure it out and call her back. She also immediately offered us a military rate, which we are very grateful for. They are very MILITARY FRIENDLY. When Jon arrived he was so friendly and explained everything he was going to do for our service. He was also very accommodating, which we appreciate a lot. We needed the receipt for a refund and he did not mind emailing us the receipt from his own email and waited to be sure that we received it.
