“Was just informed that the Benton County termite company that I’ve done business with for many years has now been sold out to some other company that from my understanding probably isn’t even local trying to charge me number one for a $75 fee to come out and do their termite inspection and a renewal notice all of which are over a year late with no information from this company that they taking over our policy I’m looking elsewhere and based on the feedback I’m saying it’s probably a good idea”

“Choose a company that values the customer as well as the employees. In this instance it is more than worth it to go with a large corporate company rather than the local family owned business as you'll be provided with far better customer service, HONESTY, & value. Lateness is obviously not an issue to their head technician who can't be bothered to even call the customer, as that's "not [his] job", they've run off all of their good & honest employees & the head technician/manager is lazy, dishonest & so sexist to the point that he's causes EVERY female in the office to quit & the owners won't address the problem so instead they hired his WIFE. If you choose to use this company even after this review don't use a credit card as your credit card info is kept in office & not destroyed or secured. Literally ANYONE could walk in & get your credit card information & use it. They seriously need to move into the 21st century tech wise. I suggest a company that uses MODERN technology, especially with your payments, not keeping paper policies with credit card slips with sensitive credit card information STAPLED to the paper policies & invoices & not stored in an insecure manner, a company that values you & your services & a company that puts people first, not the all mighty dollar.”
