“Horrible. They were contracted to do three treatments for roaches through insurance. We still had them after three treatments. So we asked the insurace to approve three more treatments. And we still have roaches as if they never came at all. They could not schedule visits well. They wanted to come at a different time or day that they originally scheduled everytime which was a huge inconvenience for a diabled person. They billed the insurance out of $436 a treatment. Thats $2616 they were paid and never got rid of them. It wasn't even an infestatiom. Never in my life have I heard of anyone paying that much money and to go through 6 treatments and not get rid of the pest. They were only here for a max of 1/2 hour if they were here that long each treatment. I think they should be ashamed at themselves for leaving a diabled person in the same situation they were supposed to eliminate. They didn't do anything but get paid $2616 for doing nothing.”
