“Worst mice control forever. I have a house which has mice issue so I called them to order solve the issue.they sent a guy here and out their bait in the house and told me they give a six month service and told me wait for one month then call to check. 2nd month they came b/c my tenants saw mice again so they came to check. They insisted no mice activity b/c no mice bait station used. Then checked and replaced new. Third month as today they came again as another tenants saw the mouses( two of them) they still say the same thing they put bait mice should eat and die but no mice activity found by their experience as they insist no bait took then I found mice droppings under my couch and he said well he was not sure whether droppings are old or fresh. He can’t tell whether it is before or after their treatment! Excuses a lot but solution none. Issue never solved mice still in the house. Just waste my time and money. Review update 10/2, the owner Ralph came to my place and work so careful and professional to my whole place and put more traps glue board in the unit. I think this time should work. Change to 4 star and wait what will happen. If solve the issue will change to 5 star.”
