“Would not recommend. I called to set up an inspection and was told over the phone exactly what the problem was without him even coming to inspect. He insisted on coming by the very next day to spray around 4-5pm. He never gave an exact time. The very next day, unfortunately, he did not give a courtesy text or call to let me know he was on the way and just popped up at my house a little after 4pm. There was already another pest control company at my house at that time and I was unaware that he was even at my door due to him not doing what any other professional company would do and simply text or call to let me know he was on the way. He ended up leaving, and once I realized through my ring video footage that someone was at my door, I called him and was then crucified for not answering my door. Not only was he rude but he literally sat on the phone and argued back and forth with me. I apologized several times and even tried to explain to him that he never told me he was on the way so I wasn’t sure if he was even still coming and how I was unaware that he was at the door. I feel like if I was a man or if he was talking to my husband he would have not argued or came at me the way he did. He refused to do any services for me after that. And I am glad because what man would speak to a women that way and argue with a potential customer all because she was unaware that he had came by. He could of easily rescheduled. I ended up getting services elsewhere which was way more proffessional than this company. Update: Days after I left a review, I was contacted AGAIN by the same technician who was upset because I left an HONEST review on Google. At this point I was confused as to why he was even contacting me when I had found services elsewhere. This just goes to prove how unprofessional this company is to call a potential customer back to argue and question them because they left an honest review and found another professional company to provide the service. Who does that? I felt harassed over the phone because why would you call me back questioning me about a review I left telling exactly what happened. I am baffled by the way this man tries to intimidate a women over the phone. Please DO NOT Waste your money here. I’d rather pay more for a company that provides professional services than with a company like this who not only harassed me but almost treated me home for a problem I didnt even have. The “bug” problem he said I had, turned out to NOT be the problem. The company I used, was able to solve my problem and I am so glad I didnt use Barnhill pest control because they would have treated my home for a problem that didn’t even exist. He even went as far as saying, he read my other previous Google reviews and all of them are 1 stars. If I had such a bad experience with a company, I am going to leave a review to warn others and thats exactly what I did here. Based on my interaction with this company, not only they did tell me the wrong information and almost try to treat my home for a bug problem that I didnt even have, they called me to harass me after I left a review. Next time you call me please talk to a man, and see how that goes for you. Sorry you feel rejected because I did not want to use your unproffessional company and found services elsewhere.”
