“I have a contract with B&T pest. Probably 4 years now. Whenever I see even 1 bug (half dead), which has been 2 times in the 4 years, I had a concern about bed bugs because a friend had stopped by last week just to visit for about an hour and she called to tell me she just found out she had them. She is extremely clean but somehow she picked them up from somewhere. I called B&t and they sent Gene over a couple days later to check things out for me. I was relieved after do a check that he saw no sign of them. In the 4 years I have had a contract with them most of the time it's Gene that I have talked to. Gene has always took the time to explain any concerns I had . He is very knowledgeable of his work. Always a pleasure to talk to and it's nice to have a person that is doing some kind of work that has no problem anyway questions. There are some contractors who come out do their job and leave and God forbid if you have to stop them to ask a question. If their were 10 Stars I would give Gene the 10 as well as B&T. Have never had a problem with them.”
