“The techs are good but the admin side of the business continues to have problems. They promise to give me advance notice that they are coming as well as time of day. Important so we can be home if needed and/or restrict dogs from yard access so they don't run away. Getting very frustrating as they repeatedly promise to correct notice of visits.”

“We chose Alta to do our attic remediation after discovering a rat problem. After getting 4 or so quotes from attic specialist companies we felt most comfortable going with Alta because of their reasonable quote, financing options, and our preexisting pest service subscription. We had a hard time trusting attic companies big promises and warranties and knew that Alta would provide regular maintenance checks at our seasonal services instead of having to hunt anyone down for warranty work/checks after payment was collected and work complete. Also not all pest companies have an attic/crawl space remediation department, we really appreciated this service being streamlined with our ongoing pest control so we didn't have to hire a separate company to coordinate with. I recommend going with Alta pest control for this very thing, if you ever come to needing attic or crawl space remediation this company can provide the service where others will just address the pests but not repair damages or replace insulation. There were some communication problems during the project but after all the research I did it seems like it's super common to have communication gaps between project management and the techs that come out no matter what company you go with, so make sure to over communicate to confirm line items and such. One of the tech's Isaiah was very helpful with this and we appreciated his thoroughness in making sure all the techs were on the same page. Also, Shaine the project manager was easy to get a hold of when issues came up.”
