“We have been more and more frustrated with Allison Pest-Control over the years. We’ve been their customer for over 10 years. For several years we’ve been telling them about yellow jackets in the house. They’ve been spraying the house, but not the attic. Finally, We found a huge yellow jacket nest in our attic despite multiple visits from the company, and despite telling us that there is nothing there. Finally we removed insulation and found a huge nest. Before replacing insulation we asked Allison to come in and deal with yellow jackets. Christian came in completely unprepared. No spacers, no Vac, we should have to borrow from other construction crew. . He. poked a few holes in the huge nest and told us a job is done and if he’s late and he has to leave. he refused to clean it up, saying this is OK. We asked him to address spiders in the basement, stinky bugs in the rooms. Initially he refused saying that he’s late but finally agreed to spray couple of rooms. We had to bring another company to actually clean it up after him. They are very good at collecting monthly payment but completely unprepared. I’m sure they’re better companies elsewhere.”
