“It was not so friendly. We have what our rep came out to "inspect" and tell me they were just ants. Then, they were called "Swarmers." They have burrowed channels through 7 of my windows, structural damage, damage to my siding. Pests going in and out, termites and pest in my house.. have paid for decades. denied coverage, the rep said. "These are not Termites, they are Swarmers." Maybe a new guy, or is this how they really conduct business? No help. "Just get some killer and tape up the holes."”
