“Paul was our technician, and did a good job stopping the pigeons from perching on our roof. The issue came when the pigeons ripped off the spikes, and the service has a year warranty… which we have called over and over and have never gotten a response for them to come fix it. We have been trying to reach them for roughly six months at this point. We’ve called at least 10 times to no avail. There’s no such thing as silence at our house anymore, all we hear between the hours of 5am till 5pm is WHOOOO WHOOOOO WHOOOO. Very disappointed the year long warranty wasn’t honored.”
