“I called and left a message. Within a short time on the same day I received a call back and a date to come out was scheduled. Mark came out and was quick and efficient in diagnosing the problem. He set traps and advised he’d be back to check them within a couple of weeks. Mark was professional, quick, and friendly. The price for his service was reasonable also. I received a call when it was nearing the 2 week time period and Mark returned to check the traps. He advised me that all looked well and he’d come back within a month if needed. Again he was very professional and friendly and performed his inspection quick and thoroughly. Thank you for responding so quickly and helping to get rid of my issues.”
