“ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! We have been using Aberdeen Exterminating for years and were billed annually for a $250,000 termite warranty. I now understand that BugOut does not have or honor the warranty. I have no idea what we are paying for, other than someone to come out and inspect… We were billed earlier this year, and after a month of no contact, we had to call to request our inspection. They scheduled the appointment without consulting us. We informed them that we were not available. They rescheduled again, on a Sunday without consulting us. My wife called in and inquired what time the technician would be coming. She was informed that they do not work on Sundays and that the appointment had been cancelled (without notification). We were rescheduled for today. My wife called in to determine the specific time (to ensure that someone we would be home). She was informed that someone would be out between 12:00 and 5:00. I have patiently waited all afternoon. At 4:45, my wife called back in to confirm that that a tech would still be coming out. The customer service rep said that yes, their standard hours are up until 6:00 pm. No one has showed or called!!! I will be finding a new exterminator company tomorrow and asking for a full refund for our 'warranty.'”
