“We're lucky to have Russell of A&A as our pest control specialist. Our building is approaching 200 years old and is understandably complicated to take care of. Russell has gone above and beyond to pay respect to figure out and keep track of the building's vulnerable areas to prevent intrusion. He came on as our pest person when we already had a rodent intrusion issue and he engaged in a lot of trial and error to figure out the best approach to alleviate the issue. He also made extra time to stop by to help us get on top of the problem and facilitated another colleague to come out and help on a day he was out of the area when we had a rat trapped inside a piece of furniture. In addition, Russell is just a really competent, nice person and has been exceedingly patient when we've needed/wanted explanations to understand some of the building issues and measures they were taking. It's a very special blend of supremely competent and also very likable, so we consider ourselves very lucky to have him as our rep. Our main experience is with Russell but A&A clearly supports the above and beyond approach that he takes.
