“My indoor cat has been bouncing from window to window. After a bit of time I saw that possums were outside and on our shared deck space. I was able to call ABC wildlife and Kendall out within a day. We spent a lot of time walking the building, looking at tracks and he took a lot of time educating me and answering all my questions. Ultimately I learned possums won’t pose a health or building problem. And to continue to monitor since the entry point is so big and public. Traps could capture the feral cats in the neighborhood or squirrels. He did tell me what to look for and steps to take to ensure that the building and the people in it are safe. I’m in uptown in Chicago.”

“Steve, the technician that performed the Service at my home today was outstanding. He is very personable. He is exceptional at explaining how the steps of this appointment today will happen. He was very knowledgeable about the traits of a recon vs other animals I inquired about. He spent so much time in thr crawl space checking the entire area. Once he was completed with his inspection inside the crawl, he showed me pictures of the crawl. He also explained the other service you provide to dig up around the deck when the weather gets warmer. I would always ask for Steve to come out on the future snd would also recommend ABC to anyone needing the device. Diane”
