“I had this company come out 3 times for a mild infestation. I told them the problem did not go away, but the exterminator insisted there were no signs, and so his job was done. Many months later, the problem continues, and I can not afford another treatment from a different company. Oh well for me I suppose. It doesn't seem fair that I spent so much on a service that had no results. UPDATE: after placing this review, I recieved a phone call addressing my experience. The company came out 2 more times at no cost to me. It was rectified after those 2 visits. It sure was hell living with that; I wish I was heard the first time around so as not to have that experience. However, I am very pleased with the service I received the second time around. Very friendly, understanding technicians, who did a great job! Thank you.”
